I’m having a sort of cultural bipolar moment as I post this Moroccan-themed photographic series from my hotel room in the bustling island of Phuket. I’m catching my breath for a few days on the hills of the first leg of a mind-blowing tour of Southeast Asia that’s taken me to Cambodia, Central Java, Bali and the magical island of Koh Yao Noi, Thailand.
My head is spinning with the awe-inspiring sights and magical encounters I’ve made along the way as I embark on the monumental task of sifting through all the photographic coverage Phillip and I have gathered over the last few weeks. But I relish the opportunity to relive these wonderful moments once more.
I’ll be sharing with you many of my traveling adventures in the coming weeks so make sure you check out theglobalgirl.com so you can travel along.

Hope you bring home nice things!
i usually call my mom’s outfit as ancient, but the ambiance there is ancient in an ethereal, dream-like state. Would love to be there!
