Ndoema [pronounced “en-DOY-mah”] is a multidisciplinary creative working at the intersection of Art, Fashion, Photography and Film.
Deemed a member of the “Fashion Elite” by New York Magazine, Ndoema has been featured in leading fashion publications worldwide including British Vogue, Vogue Italia, Vogue Turkey, Marie Claire US, Marie Claire Brazil, Marie Claire Australia, Glamour Paris, Glamour Spain, Elle Taiwan, Elle US, Elle UK, Elle Canada, Women’s Wear Daily, W Magazine, Cosmopolitan UK, Cosmopolitan Australia and Harper’s Bazaar (for more visit Press).
Though Ndoema’s head-turning style has landed her appearances in the world’s most influential fashion mags, there’s a lot more to the multicultural multi-hyphenate than meets the eye. The nearly 6-feet tall multilingual globetrotter with an unconventional life trajectory, which includes living in a dozen countries and stints on the catwalk in Paris while pursuing law school, conclusively turns the “dumb model” stereotype on its head.
Arguably the only ex-Parisian catwalk model with 3 law degrees, her scholarly achievements span 3 countries and 5 academic institutions. She pursued Law and International Relations at the Université Jean Monnet Paris XI (Paris, France), École Supérieure des Hautes Études Internationales (Paris, France), Institut de Management et de Communication Interculturels (Paris, France), Universidad Complutense (Madrid, Spain) and the Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva, Switzerland) before being invited by Harvard Law School to be a visiting scholar and write her preliminary PhD thesis on the interplay of International Law, Public Health and Women’s Rights.
A lifelong human rights activist, Ndoema has authored reports on the activities of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the UN Conference on Disarmament, the UN Human Rights Commission as well as the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. As a legal consultant for the Tibetan government in exile in Dharamsala India, where she personally met his Holiness the Dalai Lama, Ndoema authored highly sensitive documentation on torture and human rights violations in occupied Tibet presented before the United Nations Human Rights Committee.
Ndoema pursues her diverse artistic endeavors with equal passion. Her unique vision and impactful creativity have established The Global Girl as an influential and aspirational brand with collaborations including Maybelline, Garnier, Aveda, Olay, Levi’s, Thompson Hotels, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, and Condé Nast traveler.
