I captured this spectacular feat of nature a couple days ago on a short but powerful back-to-nature refuge I gifted myself as a celebratory conclusion to The Global Girl’s long and arduous overall branding reboot. I was awed by the beauty, serene power and mystery of this sight and in retrospect I can easily see why it seems the perfect visual metaphor for the transformation that is taking place in my life and with The Global Girl.
As some of you might already be aware, The Global Girl is undergoing yet another metamorphosis.
This latest transformation has been in the works for quite some time now. I looked forward to it with both exhilaration and anticipation, as I am a lover of change and starting anew, and as well with a fair amount of trepidation since along with the visual makeover of the site, we underwent a server migration of epic proportions.
After countless hours of hard work and sleepless nights lost in techno-mumbo-jumbo land, I’m thrilled to be finally and officially sharing the news of The Global Girl’s re-branding with you all.
I’m excited to be entering this new phase in The Global Girl’s journey of growth and expansion and I’m grateful to each and every one of you for traveling along with me over the years.
