When in Chiang Mai (and if in a shopping mood) strolling along Tha Pae Road is a must. This shopping stretch between Chiang Mai’s Narawat Bridge and Tha Pae Gate is brimming with cool finds. Whether you’re into rare Thai antiques or hip tribal garb, you’re guaranteed to be awed and hooked. I know I was. I fell in love with a beautiful pair of traditional Thai harem pants and we have since become inseparable.

You’ll need a big suitcase when you go to Tha Pae Road!
Had a few hours stop-over in Bangkok on my way to New Zealand. I agree with you Ndoema, there are so many great finds in Thailand!
