My spellbinding journey through the Cambodian temple complex of Angkor Wat remains unrivaled. Yet exploring Ta Prohm’s atmospheric ruins and its marriage of architectural wonder with an awe-inspiring display of nature’s unstoppable and forceful splendor, is something I will never forget.

We recently visited the Angkor Complex as well and one of our favourite experiences was visiting the Ta Prohm Temple at first light. We came early enough that we had the temple to ourselves for about half an hour! We visited it a second time at sunset to explore it in a different light and for a different perspective – we loved it that much, we couldn’t simply visit it only once. All of Angkor is so full of mystery and ancient history… absolutely breathtaking. You captured the atmosphere of the place so well in your pictures!
Spectacular photos of these amazing ruins! Love the rich color.
Thanks so much, Sharon! This place is sooo photogenic, it’s pretty much impossible not to take stunning photographs 😉 x
I love your job! Going around the world and getting paid for it? Best job ever!
Comfy outfit! Perfect for the weather in Asia now that summer is close.
Yes, it’s so comfy. My Cambodia uniform! ^_^
I hate seeing these temples just wither away. I do hope people would take better care of Ta Prohm.
Those temples must be a thousands years old, or more!
Amazing journey through time… and nature!
Indiana Jones is that you? No its Lara Croft! I love your adventures.
Ha! 😉
Luv your top! Melanie C of the Spice Girls wore something like that at Asia’s Got Talent. Seems to be the “IN” thing now, I want one too!
OMG those trees are huuuuuge! And it’s amazing that they grew with the temples.
Yep, pretty surreal… xo
