I’ve been enjoying this scrumptious mango/orange juice combo lately. It’s the best post-workout drink, hands down. Been getting my bod to move again and mangoes besides being delicious give out this rich and nourishing juice (almost as thick as a smoothie in consistency) that’s as satisfying as it is refreshing. My fruit intake has increased dramatically in the last couple years and juicing has played a huge part in that. I love being active and getting the energy moving but as far as getting fit and trim let me tell ya, juice fasting is the best all around body workout ever (with glowy skin, radiant health and self-love to boot)!

What kind of exercise regimen do you follow?
I love ashtanga yoga. I’ve found it to be the best full body conditioning practice. I hesitate to refer to it as “exercise” because it’s so much more to me on a spiritual lever. That said I don’t really keep a steady practice, I have on and off phases 😉
